Most guitars these days, even at the far cheaper price points are coming across with some great appearances, but the main key to any guitar, especially over the price point of $400.00, is ease of play-ability, which is arguably entirely found on the quality and finishing of the fingerboard and frets. These two are where most of the large manufactures fall very short, because the cost is high in labor hours to refine the neck to the level of play that all ASR Elite guitars come with as a standard feature.
